We are thrilled to qualify for Irish Rail's Labour Services Framework, opening up exciting opportunities for our company. Our expertise covers a full range of skills, making us well-equipped to contribute to their projects.
Additionally, we have submitted documents for the IR welding framework, showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality services. With Irish Rail's electrification plans and the potential expansion into the Translink network, this presents a significant opportunity for us and our employees.
We eagerly anticipate the tender documents and are actively planning our support for Irish Rail. Exciting times lie ahead as we embark on this transformative journey together.

Veterans Network & Employment Fair
We were excited to showcase our skills and support veterans at the first Veterans Network & Employment Fair in Belfast's Europa Hotel. It was a rewarding experience connecting with employers and industry leaders, creating potential opportunities for veterans in their transition to civilian life.
Newry Mourne and Down Job Fair
On Track Technicians recently participated in the Newry Mourne and Down Job Fair, engaging with job seekers and promoting career opportunities within the rail industry.
Graeme highlighted the company's commitment to local talent and provided information on various positions and training programs available.
The presence at the job fair underscored our dedication to job creation and economic development in the community.
RUN OTT RUN

The RUN OTT RUN guys, a group of enthusiastic individuals, recently participated in the exhilarating Belfast Marathon on 31st April.
Their energy and zest for the event were evident as they conquered the course. The experience of completing the run was both refreshing and memorable for them so much so that it inspired some of these guys to register for the upcoming Belfast Half Marathon, set to take place on Sunday, September 17th!
As a community, let's gather and show our support. Well done guys. your success serves as an inspiration to us all.
APPRENTICE TRIP TO PRISON ISLAND

We celebrated our railway apprentice's completion of Level 2 with an exciting trip to Prison Island, Belfast. This unique escape room experience, featuring 25 prison-themed challenge cells inspired by the 'Crystal Maze,' gave us a thrilling adventure. We tackled mind-boggling puzzles and physical challenges, witnessing our apprentice's skills in action.
It was a memorable celebration that reinforced our teamwork and marked an inspiring milestone in our railway journey.

The OTT Team recently had the privilege of attending Rail Live, a prominent event in the rail industry. Their visit provided a unique opportunity to explore the latest innovations and trends shaping rail transportation.
During their time at Rail Live, the team encountered a wide array of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. They had the chance to interact with industry experts, engineers, and executives who shared valuable insights into the future of rail.

Hazel Kerr
Transport Manager
About Hazel:
From 1999-2008 worked for Norex Rail, achieved my NEBOSH and travelled to and from the Stoke on Trent depot assisting in audits from Network Rail etc. Changed careers completely after 9 years and became a Caseworker within East Belfast from 2008-2018.
Time for a change to work closer to home so became Transport & SHEQ Manager for a Facilities Management company with a fleet of 90 vehicles in Waringstown.
Unfortunately, this company went into liquidation in 2021 and I applied for the Transport Manager position advertised in On Track Technicians Ltd – I love my job and work alongside an incredible team.
Hobbies:
In my younger days, I had a road bike and a massive interest in cars. Always preferred winter holidays as I was a snowboarder, if you haven’t tried it definitely give it a go!
My spare time is spent with my family and in particular my two grandsons Reggie and Jocko, they are my sunshine every day. Continuing to renovate an old property so our house is a very busy house.

About Chris:
I have worked for OTT since September 2021. I began carrying out the role of SAC at the Dark Arches project on a part-time basis and then started helping in resourcing in December 2021 and started full-time as a Resource Coordinator in January 2022.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at On Track Technicians as I love working in a fast-paced environment which OTT certainly is.
Hobbies:
My main hobby would be supporting and following Man Utd for my sins recently, but I fully believe I will celebrate our 21st title next year. I enjoy getting over to Old Trafford whenever possible.
I have two beautiful daughters Grace who is 12, and Alex, who is 8, Alex was named after the great Sir Alex Ferguson, although she doesn’t like it when I tell her this, and unfortunately, neither of them follow football.
