Rail Apprenticeship
The Rail Apprenticeship Programme developed by On Track Technicians offers a direct route into a skilled career in the rail industry. It combines hands-on training, real-world experience and industry recognised qualifications.
Delivered in partnership with Curve Training & Consultancy, South Eastern Regional College (SERC) and Translink, the programme develops the next generation of rail professionals through practical, on-the-job learning supported by expert training.
What you’ll gain
City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Diploma for Railway Engineering Operatives
Paid, practical experience within the rail industry
Skills transferable across rail and wider engineering careers
A strong foundation for long-term progression and employment
Over the past five years, 25+ apprentices have completed the programme, with many progressing into permanent rail roles and others moving into related engineering disciplines.
